Appointments

Modern Chivalry is by appointment only. We don't take walk ins so we can give every guest the unhurried experience they came for.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be subject to a 50% service fee. No shows are charged the full service amount.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule so we can stay on time for the guests who follow you.

How to Reach Us

Our stylists are with clients throughout the day. For the fastest response, please send a text — we'll reply as soon as we step away from the chair.

Memberships

Memberships are month to month with no contracts. You may cancel anytime by texting us. Unused services do not roll over from month to month.

Children & Guests

To preserve the calm of the space, we ask that only the guest receiving service be present in the chair area. Thank you for understanding.

Refunds

Services are non refundable. If something wasn't right, please reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right with a complimentary adjustment.
